We act as a data processor on behalf of our clients, who remain the data controllers for all health-related data.

We may collect contact information submitted through our website, standard web analytics data, platform user credentials and activity logs, and health-related data processed on behalf of our clients (patient records, prescriptions, dispensing data). Patient data is owned and controlled by the healthcare organization.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used to operate the platform as instructed by our clients, integrate with national platforms as configured by our clients (e.g., NPHIES, Raqeeb, Wasfaty in KSA; Tatmeen in UAE), maintain security and audit trails, improve platform performance through de-identified analytics, and respond to website inquiries.

4. Data Protection

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data may only be shared as directed by our clients, submitted to national platforms as configured by our clients, exchanged through Health Information Exchanges configured by the client, or disclosed when required by legal obligation.

Retention periods are determined by our clients in accordance with applicable laws. Upon termination of a client agreement, data is returned or securely destroyed.
